Pucks & Pups with Classy San Diego Hockey

The Classy San Diego Hockey Tournament is back for another year, and they’ve graciously chosen The Animal Pad to be this year’s beneficiary!

This 3-day, multi-team, free to attend hockey tournament takes place August 4-6th at the San Diego Ice Arena in Mira Mesa. The Animal Pad will be there on Saturday, August 5th from 1:30-5:30pm with our adoptable pups and TAP merchandise. There will be a beer garden with 100% of the proceeds benefiting TAP as well as a raffle and silent auction with 100% of the proceeds going back to the pups! Thanks to our friends at TCW Global, who will be matching the total funds raised this day – up to $20k! With our recent emergency rescue mission in Ensenada, Mexico, these funds are needed now more than ever.

Come join us for the festivities, and grab a pint for the pups. Be sure to stick around towards the end and watch some of our rescue pups hit the ice and test out their skating skills. You don’t want to miss it!
