Hey friends! My name is Lola, and I am a sweet 12 year old, female Terrier mix, weighing about 43 lbs. I was rescued from the Long Beach shelter by TAP and since then, I have been a good girl at my foster home. I have been spayed too! I have mastered bathroom and leash training and ready to roll! I have sensitive skin and am currently getting Cytpoint injections and taking Apoquel (Monthly cost is $32.00, depending on where purchased and market value).
I am a very friendly, happy, sweet, and loving dog. I am happy to make everyone happy and listen well. I am quite treat motivated so it’s easier to train me. I rarely bark if ever, am fairly independent but do enjoy cuddles and pets. Car rides are really fun! I am a great companion dog and behave well around older people since I am not into jumping. I am a bit dog reactive, so a home without other dogs would be ideal. I haven’t met kitties or kiddos yet.
I am a truly loving dog and eager to provide great companionship. I don’t need a whole lot of training or attention and will be happy by just hanging around. I am ideal for someone who may not have a lot of time on their hands but is still seeking the love and protection from a sweet dog. I do prefer to be the only dog.
