Mr. Norris is looking for love! (and maybe a few toys too…)
Hello! I’m Mr. Norris — a 5-year-old, 49-pound mixed-breed fella with a whole lot of love, a ton of energy, and a serious passion for toys. I might be missing a toe, but trust me, I have plenty of pawsonality to make up for it! I was rescued from the ruff ESLR situation in Mexico, and now I’m soaking up the good life while I wait for my furever family to find me! I hope it will be you!
I’m a sweet, happy boy who genuinely loves people and wants to be everyone’s good boy. I have a higher energy level and I’m always ready to play, learn, or show off — especially if toys are involved. I can entertain myself for hours with them, which is pretty impressive if I don’t say so myself. I also love learning and really want to please my humans, which makes training fun for both of us.
I’m house-trained, leash-trained, and crate-trained, and I don’t have any separation anxiety. I do great settling in my crate and haven’t had a single accident in the house. With other dogs, I do best with calm, non-reactive pals and slow, proper introductions. I can be a little mouthy when I first meet new dogs, but it’s more excitement than anything! I’ve also met cats and done well, though I am curious, so supervision is recommended at first.
My ideal home could be with or without another dog, as long as I have a thoughtful introduction. I haven’t spent time around kids yet, but I’ve done great with every new person I’ve met so far. Mostly, I’m just looking for a home where I feel safe, loved, and included — bonus points if there’s a good toy stash waiting for me!
