Your little shadow!

Aloha! My name is Stitch, and I’m a healthy 3.5-month Terrier Mix male, weighing in at 12 pounds. I’ve come all the way from Los Angeles with my sis, Lilo, via Project Street Vet, and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for me!

I’m a curious and friendly guy who’s never met a person or animal I didn’t like! My tail is always wagging, and I have lots of energy and am down for any adventure. Once I’m comfortable around someone, I’ll follow them around wherever they go and lay down next to them (preferably on a lap!) My favorite activities include cuddling, exploring my surroundings, chewing on squeaky toys, getting treats, and playing/wrestling with doggie friends of all sizes.

As far as my training goes, I’m making great progress on my potty training and do well inside my crate. I’m not vaccinated yet, so I haven’t had any formal leash training.  I’ve shown zero resource guarding or reactivity towards other pups, and I rarely bark. I’m also not the anxious type and do just fine when left behind. I have not yet been neutered.

I think I’d do well in almost any home. My ideal household would be with another friendly doggie or kitty sibling, but I could also do okay as the only pup in the home, just as long as was provided enough love and attention. Because I enjoy having space to run, I’d love to be in a home with a backyard or at least where I could spend time off-leash. I’d also do great around kiddos, as I’m currently living with young children and have been nothing but playful and gentle towards them.

Do we sound like the perfect fit? If so, my adoption fee is $500 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.  If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/.
