Rawr! I’m Sharkbait, and I’m a 6-year-old Mastiff mix male, weighing in at 70 pounds. I am crate-trained, potty-trained, and leash-trained, and I’ve already been neutered.
Sadly, I was rescued from a highly publicized hoarding situation in Mississippi, and because of that, I’ve had some challenges coming out of my shell. However, I am looking forward to finding my furever family to help me work out my timidness and fear of the world so that I can become the pup I was meant to be!
I’m a low-maintenance guy who can be relaxed and goofy around those I trust. My favorite activities include getting treats, laying in my crate, relaxing with a bunch of blankets, and spending time with my humans who’ve earned my trust. I don’t have any separation anxiety and can get along with other doggies and kitties, just as long as I’m given a slow introduction to them.
My ideal home would be with someone who has the patience and love to help me blossom into the confident pup I know I am deep-down. Because I’m not super active, I don’t need a yard, so a home or apartment will do just fine. I’m an easy-going fellow, so I think I’d fit well with either a mellow or active family.
