Personality: Very sweet and playful pup but calms down and is very mellow after playing or exercise; he has no separation anxiety and can be left on his own for a few hours when needed. Rocky is easy to handle and is very loving. He would love to be your lap dog!
Education: Rocky is crate trained and is almost potty trained; he is getting better at walking on the leash.
Favorite Activities: He loves playing with other dogs, going for walks, and enjoying his chew toys.
Looking for: Rocky would like to find a loving home, active or mellow, where he can become a lap dog but can also get playtime with other dogs. Having another playful dog in the home would be great, but if not, going to the dog parks and having play dates with other dogs would be awesome!

Sweet as Rocky Road!
Hi! I’m Rocky—about 1 year old, 34 pounds, and as sweet and lovable as a scoop of Rocky Road ice cream. Just like the treat, I’m the perfect mix: a little nutty (in the best playful puppy way), pretty mellow, and totally irresistible once you get a taste of my pawsonality.
I was rescued when I was just a tiny pup—around 6–8 weeks old—and I’ve grown up with love, play, and plenty of doggie friends, including my brother, Foster. I’ve got puppy energy for playtime, walks, and chewing on toys and bones, but once I’ve had my fill, I’m all about chilling out. Honestly, I’d love nothing more than to curl up in your lap, even though I’m not exactly “lap dog” sized.
I’m crate trained, working on my potty skills, and learning to walk nicely on leash. No anxiety here—I’m an easy-going guy. I get along great with other dogs, kids, and would fit right in with an active family or a calm one (as long as I get my playtime first)!
