Oh, hi there! My name is Mozzarella. Just like my name, I’m an irresistible fan favorite. I’m sweet, snuggly, and ready for a furever family. I’m still just a pup at 1 year old and 18 pounds. I’m an adorable Corgi mix and a spayed, healthy girlie. I was brought to TAP from Riverside shelter almost on the verge of euthanasia, and being with a foster has been much better for me. I had 6 pups in TAP care and now it’s mama’s turn to shine. The only thing that would make me even happier is a place to call home!
I’m a super sweet gal who is coming out of her shell. I’m a little anxious as I adjust to this new lifestyle. You can sometimes find me hiding under furniture with a sock that I mischievously “borrowed.” I do well with other dogs and enjoy exploring the yard. Since I’m a bit nervous it’s best if I’m not in a home with kids. I like to chase birds, so cats and I probably wouldn’t be besties. When I’m not sniffing around, you can find me cuddled up for some pets or snoozing at your feet. I make the best pawsonal assistant!
As I’m acclimating to my new surroundings, I’m slowly dipping my paws into training. I still need some Puppy 101 (bathroom & leash training) and can’t wait to start learning from my people. I get a little sad when left alone but will calm down shortly. Most of all, I need to work on building my confidence through lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement.
