Personality: Minoy is a sweet and mellow girl who loves cuddles and affection. She has so much love to share! Even though she loves all the pets and attention there is, she is not a demanding pup and is fine on her own when you leave. She loves other doggie friends but has not yet spent much time around kitties or kiddos. Although she has an easy-going demeanor, she does not like bath time, the TV, or loud noises (such as garbage trucks or people yelling). She also is timid around some men and needs time to trust.
Education: Minoy is crate-trained, potty-trained, and house-broken. She is leash-trained for the most part, too, although she has a slight tendency to get excited and pull.
Favorite Activities: First and foremost, Minoy loves getting pets and attention! When it’s time to get love, she will collapse at your feet with her paws up so you can give her endless belly rubs. She also loves taking walks around the neighborhood and eating chicken at mealtime. She loves belly and chest rubs and walks around grassy neighborhoods! She enjoys running after balls and toys, as well as destroying stuffed animals (would definitely avoid having those around her reach!) Her favorite treat is a peanut butter filled Kong.
Looking for: Minoy’s mellow personality would make her well-suited for any type of home. She is excited about walks and play, but mostly quite calm at home. She would do well with or without doggie siblings. She can also be left alone for periods of time but would prefer to have company so she can get enough affection throughout the day!
Special needs: Prevoius healed trauma to with the sacrum (where the spinal column meets the pelvis and back legs) and causes some pain and laxity at times. Treated with steroid course and no surgical intervention is needed at this time, but may be needed in the future.
