Adoptable: Kodiak

Age: 1 year old

Gender: Female

Breed: Lab mix

Weight: 45 lbs

Personality: Kodiak had a rough start living in an unpleasant hoarding situation in Mississippi, but with lots of TLC she has blossomed into a beautiful, goofy girl who enjoys napping in her crate just as much as she enjoys running around outside. Despite not having the best start to life, she is a little love bug who will give you the sweetest puppy dog eyes and boop you with her adorable nose all day long. All she wants is a playmate who will run around with her outside and then snuggle up in her comfy bed. She enjoys barking at her own reflection, chewing her nylabone, playing with other dogs, howling for peanut butter, and booping with her nose. She’s still coming out of her shell, but she’s a total sweetheart 100% of the time even when she’s feeling scared. She’s done very well being home alone in her crate.

Education: Good with bathroom, crate and working on leash training

Favorite Activities: Chew toys, bones, being around other dogs, her crate, and walks

Looking for: A loving home with dogs who like to play. Her temperament would be great for kids of all ages- she is still getting used to her big body and when she runs around she might bump into people unintentionally, so older and sturdier kids are better. She loves company but is also perfectly fine being alone.

Adoption Fee: $ 450
