The sweetest boy!
I am Gilgamesh, and I am a 2 year old, neutered male Border Collie mix, weighing about 40 lbs. I was rescued from Ensenada in collaboration with Los Adoptables and Keeping Finn! Aren’t they all amazing? I have been at my foster home since then. I am bathroom trained and leash trained. I get along with most dogs, but can be selective if they are too pushy. I have mild laxity of the distal forelimb, but no surgery recommended by the vet at this point. I am very mobile and can run free as a bird. Just keep an eye on my for discomfort and maybe I may need braces in the future for uneven surfaces while hiking those big hills.
I am a sweet boy with very simple needs. Just love and a lot of cuddles! LOTS of cuddles! I enjoy activity and working, and physical and mental stimulation will keep me happy. Sniffaris anyone? I am pretty good with other dogs, and I haven’t met cats, and kids are just fine. I am energetic, strong and a very sweet boy! I’d be an utter delight in anyone’s life.
I would love an active family who will engage with me and exercise me and my mind. I would love to be an outdoorsy boy with my braces, only when needed, which my foster says is almost never! I deserve to be spoiled and loved hard and I know my people are out there. I pawmise to be the best companion that you could have asked for! My adoption fee is $300 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
