Hi, pals! My name is Philly, but you can call me Finn. I’m a fun-loving cuddle bug with unwavering loyalty. I’m a 2-year-old, 18-pound, Chi mix. I’m neutered and I’m a healthy little dude. I was rescued as a puppy but since my family is having a human baby and I’m not the best with small children, I am looking for a new home that can truly love me furever!
I’m an active fella who adores frisbee, swimming at the dog beach, and playing fetch all day, every day! I get along with dogs of all kinds but I can get protective over my toys. I also get along with cats! I do well with older kids who can respect my boundaries. Even though I love having fun, I’m also a big fan of cuddles and pets. I adore my people and make sure to show you my affection.
I’m a very good boy who is crate, bathroom, and leash trained… score! I can be a little fearful of new men and may take a bit of time to warm up before I feel totally comfortable. I can resource guard my food/toys and need to work on my sharing. I can get a bit anxious in new settings but with consistency and routine, my confidence will flourish.
If you’re looking for an adorable fella to be your bestie, look no further! I’d do best in an active home with older kids (if any).
