Hi, I’m Dagmar! I’m a 2.5-year-old, 55-pound (adorable) doodle, and I’m looking for a loving home. I was rescued from a backyard breeder in La Mision, Mexico and now my only mission is a furever family! I’m a sweet, calm girl who gets along well with other pooches and even cats. I’m a little shy with new people, especially if there’s a lot of noise, but I warm up quickly once I know I’m safe and sound.
I love going for walks and then cuddling up on the couch. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained! My only quirk is that I’m on a very specific diet that I need to stay on for life. Don’t worry—I promise it’s easy to manage! I eat Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein food (about $115 for 27lb bag) and take a couple of supplements like psyllium husks ( about $30 for a large can of powder) and RX clay (about $20 for a can of powder) to keep me healthy. So, I’ll need an adopter who’s committed to keeping me on my special diet—no cheating!
