Hi friends! I am Carol and I am a 2 years old, female (soon to be spayed) Shepherd mix. I weigh about 44 lbs. I was rescued from an LA kill shelter in the nick of time. Literally I had 30 minutes to go before Euth and TAP rescued me with full Hollywood-worthy drama! I was a young mama to puppies and was just being protective. Can you blame me?! But now I am at a wonderful foster home and after weaning my babies off, it’s mama’s time to shine!
I am a good girl and completely bathroom, crate and leash trained. I am a quick learner! I am incredibly friendly and great with dogs, cats and kids. I am oh-so-sweet and a lovebug. Cuddling is my jam after I am done with my bouts of playful energy. I can self-entertain, be independent while being a wonderful companion. I can be a timid gal in new environments and nervous to fast movements, but once trust is established, my personality blooms!
I deserve a forever home that will allow my physical as well as emotional self to flourish within a loving family and space! I am adaptable to any environment but I will love a home that includes lots of play time, personal connections, safety, time outdoors, and lots of love. I do great with other animals and humans!
