Personality: Bear grew up with a family and young kids, and when they were planning on moving out of state, they took him to Carson Shelter. He was scared, shaking in his kennel when he was there, and desperately wanted to go back home. He is about to complete a 6 week board and train program, where he is doing AMAZING! He is a total love bug and wants to please his people. He also is the recipient of many hugs from kids who seem to be drawn toward his sweet, goofy personality and his strength. He is dog friendly when not leashed.

Looking for: Suitable home is a place that will give Bear love and affection, and continue with some of his newly learned basic training. Bear would make the perfect addition to a family! Kids are drawn to his big size , his huggability, his sweetness. Adults will love him for his loyalty, his playful goofiness, and because he is well potty trained. He’s a handsome, big boy, cutie pie, and deserves a chance to stay out of the shelter.
