Adoptable: Doozy

Age: 4 years old

Gender: Female

Breed: Rottweiler mix

Weight: 38 lbs

Personality: Doozy is a very snuggly, chill, and gentle girl with the playful side and love for naps, food, and sunbathing. She does not have any separation anxiety and is fine being on her own for a bit. She is dog, cat, and kid friendly, too!

Education: Doozy stays usually at home or in the yard so no leash is usually needed. She is mostly house-trained, but in order to avoid any accidents, she needs to be taken out every couple of hours. She is crate trained but is very chill and does not need it.

Favorite Activities: Doozy loves to snuggle, nap, and spend time outside under the warm San Diego sun! She also enjoys playing a little before going back to chill on the couch or on her fluffy dog bed!

Looking for: This beautiful girl is looking for a quiet and cozy home where she can lounge, love, and live life at her own pace.

Special needs: Doozy is taking daily anti-seizure meds and is now 100% seizure-free with them.

Adoption Fee: $ 200

Looking for a low-maintenance bestie with a wobbly walk and world-class snuggle skills? Meet Doozy! This 3-year-old sweetheart is a Rottweiler mix with a gentle spirit, a playful side, and a serious love for naps, mealtimes, and sunbathing.

Doozy has congenital hypoplasia, a condition that affects her mobility—but don’t let that fool you! She gets around just fine with a little help and has a great quality of life. She also has a history of seizures, but since starting daily meds, she’s been 100% seizure-free.

She’s dog, cat, and kid friendly, loves belly rubs and big fluffy beds, and doesn’t have a hint of separation anxiety. Playful in short bursts, but mostly a chill couch companion, Doozy would thrive in a quiet, cozy home where she can lounge, love, and live life at her own pace.

Ready for a doozy of a dog? She’s ready to meet you. 🐾
