Age: 2.5 years old
Gender: Female
Breed: Husky Mix
Weight: 30 lbs
Personality: Pris is a loyal, talkative companion who loves being by your side—whether it’s riding in the car, relaxing at a café, or just hanging out at home. She has bursts of playful energy followed by long naps, and while she turns heads with her beauty, it’s her sweet, easygoing spirit that truly shines. She’s not destructive, doesn’t chew or dig, and is happy just being with her people.
Education: Pris is fully potty trained but not crate trained. She’s a free spirit on the leash!
Favorite Activities: Patrolling the yard with her pack and keeping an eye on her humans
Looking for: Pris would thrive in a cat-free home with someone who enjoys bringing their dog along for everyday outings. She gets along well with people and other dogs and would be fine alone, but she’s happiest with company. A home that appreciates her mix of playfulness and chill vibes—and doesn’t mind a little chatter—would be perfect for her.
Special needs: Meds 2x per day for myoclonus
Adoption Fee: $ 250
The best companion!
Hi there, friends! I’m Pris — a sweet, spirited, and oh-so-lovable two-and-a-half-year-old Husky mix, weighing in at 30 pounds. I’m on the lookout for my forever home, and I can’t wait to meet that special someone (or someones!) who’ll make me part of their family.
I’ve already been spayed and take medication twice a day to help manage a neurological condition called myoclonus — but don’t worry, it doesn’t slow me down one bit!
I’m a chatty girl who loves a good adventure! Whether it’s a car ride, grabbing a bite out, or just running errands, I’m happiest when I’m by your side. I get along with pretty much everyone I meet — I’m super friendly and social. That said, though, cats and I don’t exactly see eye to eye, so it’s important that I be in a cat-free home.
When it comes to manners, I’ve got the potty thing down, and I’m not destructive when left alone (no separation anxiety here!) I am a bit of a free spirit on the leash, though, so I’ll need someone who can keep up with my playful energy.
I think I’d do well in most homes, as long as they’re cat-free and have a medium-activity level (since I tend to have bursts of play followed by cozy naps). I’d be okay on my own now and then, but I’d really shine having companionship throughout the day. After all, I’m definitely a pack kind of girl at heart.
My adoption fee is $250 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/.
