Neville’s Your Magical New Bestie!
‘Ello, wizards, witches, and Muggles alike! I’m Neville Longbody – a Terrier Mix with the heart of a Gryffindor and the calm demeanor of a Hufflepuff. At 5.5 years old and 33 pounds, I’m ready to cast my love spell on the perfect furever home!
Like my namesake, I started life with a bit of a rough go, abandoned in Rosarito, alongside my mum. I’ve since been whisked away to the magical world of TAP foster care, where I’ve been mastering the arts of lounging and cuddling.
I’m an easygoing and affectionate boy who adores being by your side. Whether we’re curled up on the couch watching Harry Pawtter or taking a stroll around the neighborhood, I’m happiest when I’m with you. I rarely bark and love nothing more than stretching out in a sunny spot for a good nap.
While I’m mostly calm, I do get occasional bursts of energy. I love long walks, sniffing adventures, and trips to the beach. Just don’t expect me to share the spotlight with cats or small dogs – I prefer my home to be free of those magical creatures.
Like any young wizard, I have some areas to work on. I’ve been making great progress with bathroom training, though there’s still the accident or two. I’m also learning to overcome my leash reactivity toward other dogs. With slow, steady introductions, I can be friendly off-leash, but I do need guidance on walks. When it comes to separation anxiety, I might pace and peek out the window. But don’t worry – I settle down shortly!
Why adopt me? I’m the pawfect blend of chillaxed companion and loyal protector. With my unique look – pittie-like head, a long, low body, and stubby legs – I guarantee compliments wherever we go! I’m low-maintenance, endlessly loving, and ready to fill your life with joy, snuggles, and the occasional charm of mischief. Let’s make some magic together, shall we?
My adoption fee is $250 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/
