Hey there, I’m Shea Butter—smooth, soft, and ready to melt your heart! I’m a 1-year-old, 40-pound Shepherd mix, and I’ve been on quite the journey. I was originally picked up as a stray puppy in January 2024, and after a few twists and turns, I ended up with a wonderful foster who saved me from going back to the shelter. Now I’m ready for a home that can love me furever!
I’m a fun-loving, energetic pup who’s always up for a good time. Whether it’s playing fetch, going on hikes, or meeting new doggie friends, I’m your girl. I haven’t met any cats or kids yet, but I love every human and dog I’ve come across! I do get a little excited sometimes and might jump to show my love, but I’ve been working hard on my manners. I’ve mastered “sit,” “down,” “place,” “heel,” and even door manners— I’m a quick learner!
I’m fully potty trained, crate trained, and great on a leash. No separation anxiety here—I’m cool chilling in my crate while you’re out, though I’d much rather be with you, of course.
My ideal furever home? I’d love a moderately active family who’s ready for some fun adventures. If you’ve got another dog for me to play with, that’s awesome! But if it’s just me soaking up all your love, I’ll happily be your one and only. As long as I get to play, explore, and get all the belly rubs, I’m a happy girl! So, what do you say?
