Hi there! My name is Nana, and I’m a 2 year old, small Dachshund/ Long Coat Chihuahua girl, weighing about 21 pounds. I’m in great health and still waiting to be spayed.

I may have started out on the streets caring for my puppies, but now I’m ready for my very own forever home filled with love and belly rubs!

I’m a sweet, smart little lady who learns quickly. I love to play, cuddle, and soak up all the attention I can get. I currently spend most of my time outside and really enjoy being in the yard, going for walks, and of course – getting those tummy rubs!

I’m dog-friendly and do great with kids. I haven’t had much experience with cats yet, but I don’t show any signs that we wouldn’t get along just fine.

I’m mostly potty-trained, though I just might have an accident if I’m inside too long. On a leash, though, I’m a total superstar – I don’t pull, and I’ll happily stop and wait whenever you do. I’m also perfectly content in a crate when you’re away and don’t struggle with any separation anxiety.

All in all, I’m an easygoing, loving girl who gets along with kiddos and other pups. I’m not much of a barker, and I’ll always greet you with excitement when you come home. I’d thrive in a semi-active home, especially one with a backyard to play in and a family who enjoys long walks together.
