Description
Hi there, folks! My name’s Buster Moon, and I’m ready for the performance of a lifetime – finding my furever home!
I’m a three-month-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, weighing in at a dazzling five pounds. I traveled all the way from Mexico after being discovered with my wonderful mama and siblings on some abandoned land. But don’t you worry – the future is bright, the spotlight is on, and I’m a healthy young star scheduled to be neutered and ready to take center stage in your family!
Now, let me tell you a little bit about me: I’m confident, cuddly, obedient, and sweeter than a standing ovation. I adore being around people and my fellow doggie cast members. Whether it’s a rousing game of fetch, a cozy snuggle session, or a well-earned nap after a big day of fun, I’m always ready to shine.
As for my training – well, I’m already a professional in the making! I’m crate trained and love relaxing in my special spot. Occasionally, I might whine for some attention and cuddles, but I settle down quickly once the curtain falls. I haven’t started walks just yet because I’m still waiting on my vaccinations, but I’m doing a fantastic job using pee pads. Once I get the green light, I’ll make a smooth transition to outdoor potty breaks – no rehearsal needed!
I’ll be honest, though – I love my people so much that I can get a tiny bit anxious when they leave. But with a good play session before you go or a tasty pup-cicle or lick pad, I handle being separated from you like a champ.
In short, I’m the perfect companion for anyone looking for a small lap dog with a big heart – an adventurous little leading man who responds beautifully to training and thrives on treats and praise. I promise to brighten your days, comfort you when you need it, and cuddle like it’s the grand finale every single night.
Thanks to my adaptable, easygoing personality, I’d be thrilled to join a home with just about anyone – kiddos, other pups, you name it! The only thing I ask is that my favorite audience (that’s you!) doesn’t stay away longer than about six hours at a time. After all, every star needs their fans nearby.
My adoption fee is $500, and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/.
