From Bud to your Best Buddy!

Hey there! Bud’s the name and being your lifelong friend is the game. I’m 2 years old, a solid 87 pounds of American Staffordshire sweetness, and I’ve got enough love in this big ol’ heart to make your day, every day!

Life didn’t start easy for me—I was found abandoned at a construction site, scared and covered in scabs. It took someone two hours just to earn my trust, but once I gave it, I gave it fully. Now, I’m the ultimate cuddle bug and car ride enthusiast. I’m all about kisses, belly rubs, and hanging out with my people. Man, woman, gentle older kids—I love ‘em all.

I’ve mastered the basics like a pro: I’m crate trained (love my crate!), potty trained, house trained, and leash trained. No separation anxiety here—I’m a chill, low-maintenance kind of guy when you’re out and about.

When it comes to other pups, I’m not a dog park kinda dude. I’m not aggressive but I’m reactive around other dogs. I’m working on it with a board-and-train program starting June 1st. Cats? Eh, probably not my jam. But I’d thrive as your one and only four-legged companion!

What I really want is someone to share the simple joys with—car rides, tug-of-war, and quiet evenings on the couch. I’ll follow your lead and be your loyal Bud through thick and thin.
