Adoptable: Dottie: Courtesy Post

Age: 11 Months

Gender: Female

Breed: Great Pyrenees / Staffordshire Terrier

Weight: 75 lbs

Personality: Dottie is a loving, social, and energetic pup who thrives on attention from everyone she meets—both people and dogs alike! On walks, she’s eager to say hello to every passerby, and when guests come over, she welcomes them with excitement rather than barks. She plays well with other dogs at the park and has a friendly, outgoing personality. At home, Dottie makes a great guard dog, typically only barking at night. While she isn’t a fan of being crated when left alone, she does fine when uncrated and has no issues staying in her crate for short periods while her family is home. She would thrive in a home with plenty of space and an active family that enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, camping, beach trips, and backyard fetch. Playful, affectionate, and always happy to see you, Dottie would bring endless joy to a family.

Education: Bathroom and leash trained. Does not like being left alone in the crate, but is comfortable in there when his family is home.

Favorite Activities: Fetch with squeaky balls. Chewing on kongs. Playing with dogs. Napping with her sister. Running on the beach. Camping/hiking.

Looking for: Dottie would thrive in an active household with both dogs and children to keep her company. She loves being around people and doesn’t like being left alone for long periods, so a family that can provide plenty of companionship and engagement would be ideal. With space to play and lots of adventures to enjoy, she’ll be the perfect, loving addition to the right home! To adopt, please reach out to Brittany at brittanymusij@gmail.com.
