Hi there, I’m Daisy! I’m a 2-year-old, 58-pound mix of Staffordshire, German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees, and Cattle Dog. My journey started in a parking lot on a hot summer day when a kind soul scooped me up as a tiny pup. Now I’m a grown, clever, and protective girl ready for my furever family.

I’m full of personality—loving, playful, and super smart. I know tons of commands, am fully potty trained (I’ll tell you when I need to go out!), and do great in my crate and on a leash. I love playing fetch, tug-of-war, and chasing after toys, but I also enjoy laying around and relaxing, especially after a good play session.

I’ll thrive best as the only pet in the home. While I can get along with dogs on walks or at the beach, I’ve had some disagreements with other dogs I’ve lived with, especially around food or toys—I like my stuff to be mine! I’m not sure about cats, but I’ve always been great with kids who are respectful, like the mellow 9- and 12-year-olds in my foster family.

I do “talk” when I’m excited or want to share my opinion, and I might howl a bit when you leave, but I’m perfectly fine alone and settle down quickly. I’m extremely smart and listen well, especially with a little reminder from my beeper collar. I’ve even learned to follow commands just by seeing the remote!
