Description
Hi everyone!
My name is Myrtle, and I’m a three-month-old Terrier pup weighing about six pounds. I came to TAP after being surrendered by a couple of high schoolers in Fullerton, and now I’m ready to find my forever home!
I’m a fun-loving, energetic little girl with a big personality! I can get a bit mouthy when I play and sometimes get extra excited, but it’s all part of my playful puppy charm. I love other dogs and would likely do well with cats, especially since I’m still so young. I haven’t had much experience with kids yet, but I’d probably do best with older ones since I can be a bit nippy during play. Younger kids are okay too, as long as there’s supervision around.
My favorite things? Eating (of course!), playing with my foster sibling, and having a blast with all my toys! I’m not the biggest fan of being carried around – I may be tiny, but I’m independent and like to keep all four paws on the ground.
Since I’m still a young pup, I’m not leash-trained or potty-trained because I can’t go outside just yet. But, I’m already doing great in my crate and whine a little bit before settling down. I also do just fine when left behind – no separation anxiety here!
I’d thrive in an active home, especially one with another playful pup to keep me company. A backyard would be awesome, but not required – as long as I get plenty of exercise and playtime to burn off my puppy energy!
Do we sound like a match? If so, my adoption fee is $500 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/.
