Loving and cuddly!
Hi, pals! My name is Thurston, and I’m a 5-month-old, 25-pound Shepherd mix male, looking for my furever home!
TAP rescued me from San Diego, Texas, and I’ve been living my best puppy life ever since! My health is in great shape, and I am neutered.
I’m about 90% potty-trained and typically paw at the door to let you know it’s time to do my business. As far as house-training goes, I’ve yet to cause any destruction around the home. However, I’m a curious boy, so I need a constant eye on me! I’ve also been working hard on my leash skills, too, and have made some good progress in the backyard.
I’m a playful, high-energy guy, and I love to play, meet and chase new doggie friends, and lay in the sun. I’m a good listener and super smart, too. I love eating and am very food-motivated. While I can entertain myself, I crave human interaction and am working on not crying when left alone.
I think I’d do best in an active home, especially one with lots of love! I’d love to have some doggie siblings, as well. Do we sound like a good match?
