All happy, happy, joy, joy!
Hello! I’m Stimpy, and I’m a 1-year-old Lab Mix male. I’m 31 pounds and am fully house-trained, potty-trained, and leash-trained. I’m neutered, too, and my health is in tip-top shape!
TAP rescued me from all the way in Baja, and I’ve been having a fun time with my foster family ever since. In fact, they always tell me that I have been the greatest addition to their household!
I’m a high-energy, sweet boy. I love to be around my people and my doggie friends, but I also do just fine on my own (no separation anxiety here!). I love my toys and can entertain myself well throughout the day and night. Even though I can get a little timid around loud noises or strangers passing by – especially at night – I’m not much of a barker or whiner. In fact, I rarely make a peep! I’ve been told I’m a good listener, and I’ve already mastered “sit,” “stay,” “come,” and “touch” commands.
I also love to be outdoors – either on walks or runs. I need to get my puppy energy out, you know? I enjoy tug-of-war, fetch, and playing with any other hooman or doggie who’s willing to give me attention!
As far as my ideal household goes, I would do well anywhere but would especially thrive with an active family who can ensure I get all my energy out! Because I’m so well-behaved and quiet, either an apartment, condo, or house would suit me just fine. Wherever I end up, though, I will make sure I give you lots of love and kisses! One last thing: While I am good at keeping to myself, I sure would enjoy some children or other doggie friends to play with during the day. I’m just so happy to have gotten a second chance at life that I want to share my happiness and joy with everyone I meet! So, do we sound like the perfect match? Let’s schedule a play date.
