Full of life and love!

Hey guys! My name is Sadie, and since I have a bunch of namesakes here, let’s call me Sadie, the boxer, or Sadie 3. I am a 3 year old, spayed female Boxer mix. I weigh about 74 lbs, but truth be told, I am on portion control and weight management. Sigghhhh! Let’s do healthy treats, ok? I had a family but unfortunately it didnt work out. So here I am at my foster home, and working on my manners. I am bathroom trained and working on leash walking. I have leash reactivity and I am working hard on desensitization.

I am a sweet and playful gal, with medium sort of energy. I am a lil shadow of my family and follow them around, waiting for affection. I am a true lap dog, and dont care about my size, and just want to snuggle! I am very intuitive and in touch with my family’s emotions. My boxer energy makes me want to play and run about, but lounge about at ease too. I have some resource guarding and leash reactivity and hence being an only pet would be ideal. I can be called dog-selective. I don’t have experience with cats or kids yet. I also get barky at loud noises like doorbells and sounds, but learning to be desensitized.

I would love an active home where I can have nice long walks in a quiet area, along with training. A backyard or an open enclosed space would be great for my exercise. I am good at staying by myself too! Some patient training and being an only pet would be ideal. If you think we can make a wonderful family together, let’s meet up! My adoption fee is $350 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
