Personality: Riley is a dog you can take anywhere! Not only does he do well in public places like restaurant patios, crowded boardwalks, but also happily joined us kayaking, hiking, and beach tripping. Right now he has those puppy bursts of energy followed by long naps but as he gets older he will definitely be a medium energy dog, he’ll let you know if his energy hasn’t been satisfied by crawling all over you with his toys lol. He definitely looks to his people for cues and can show a little anxiety if he’s bored or doesn’t know what to do, this can usually be fixed by giving him a toy or taking him on a long walk. He is super cuddly and wants to follow us everywhere!
Education: Good with bathroom and leash training
Favorite Activities: Chewing on toys, playing with his foster sister, digging holes at the beach, being with his people no matter where they are!
Looking for: A loving home with lots of playtime and maybe a fun, playful dog sibling. He will do well as an only dog too, with enough socialization. He’s gentle, doesn’t jump up, and is very easy-going so he’d make a great playmate for a kid. He has lived in a van as his foster home with no issues at all! He can be by himself too, but as a pup he'd appreciate companionship.
