The perfect addition to your family!

Hi-ya! My name is Mumford, and I’m a 2-year-old, 28-pound Terrier mix, looking for my furever home! I’m a neutered boy with no special needs to speak of.  My potty-training and house-training status is currently a work in progress.  I’m also learning how to walk on a leash and could benefit from some more training in that area.

A little bit about me, you ask?  Well, I’m just one big cuddle bug!  I love playing with other doggie friends and going on car rides.  I love spending time with my humans, too, but I have a tendency to be apprehensive around men and strangers.  Therefore, I’d appreciate a slow introduction to those who I don’t know well. I am also a lil bit puppy-bitey when I get excited, but I would love some positive-reinforcement based re-direction so that I can learn to be better than that.

Because I am pretty high energy, I’d prefer to be in an active household.  I am dog-friendly and cat-friendly, and I think I’d do best with kiddos that are five years and older.  Due to my symptoms of separation anxiety, I’d love to have a doggie sibling (or two) to help keep me company throughout the day. Training me would be a big help!

Do we sound pitch-perfect? If so, my adoption fee is $450 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.  If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/
