Lassie, come home!
Hewo der, hooman! My name is Lassie. I am a 4-month-old, female, Lab Mix weighing around 10 lbs. I am here because The Animal Pad rescued me from Tijuana. I am great in the home; I follow my fosters’ little hoomans around and love to play in the yard. Potty training is still a work in progress, puppy tendencies, but I’ll get it soon! I’ve done pretty well on the leash, & once you start walking, I enjoy it. I do really well on walkies if they take their other doggo with me! I have been spayed too.
Let’s share a little bit about me! I walk up to anyone, just wanting to be petted & give love 😊 I’m a puppy, ready to learn & love a family for the rest of my life! I am happy, playful, and cuddly. I love to nap when I wind down. I get some anxiety when my foster family leaves the house. I am very doggo friendly! I have not been around a cat, but I think I would be fine. I am extremely little hooman friendly! My foster fam has 4 kids under 8 years old. I’m still a puppy though, so they’ve been working on my jumping up on the little ones. But I’m all about playing at this stage. I love playing tug a war, learning how to play with my ball, snacks, little hoomans, and running in the backyard!
My perfect furever home would be one with love! Being a lab, I need a household that is active, I deserve long walkies, and going to the park! I would be excellent with a family that has little hoomans or other gentle doggos. A family with someone home very often ready to raise and teach me! My adoption fee is $500 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/
