Hey friends! I am Blue and I am here to make your life rosy pink! I am a 7 months young pup, a spayed female Dutch Shepherd mix, about 30 lbs. I am from the blue beaches of the Bahamas, and came from the closing shelter called Voiceless Dogs of Nassau. Talk about luck that I made it to TAP. I was adopted back in May, but we realized that I am best with adults only or older respectful teens who can respect my space. I am fully bathroom, crate and leash trained, so there’s that! I am working on my separation anxiety but can settle within 30 minutes in my crate after exercising nicely.
Did you notice my breed mix? I have to say that I am so smart with high energy. I love training with mental and physical workouts, which are key to me being happy and healthy. I would be a delight to someone wanting to do dog athletics, fit dog training, sports, and what not. I will be a hoot! I get along wonderfully with dogs, and currently with foster siblings. I do have tendencies to resource guard toys and food from otehr dogs, but management does that trick. I would rather not be around the age-old enemies, cats. And kids from far and distance only.
I would love an adults only family where we can be workout buddies. Color me happy with mental enrichment and some serious sporty routines. The beach is a wonderful place for me and we should go regularly! I am smart as a whip and it will be oh-so fun! I love to be around my people, very dog friendly, and learn quickly.
