Loveable and sweet!

Howdy, y’all! My name is Baymax, and I’m a 2-year-old, 43-pound Terrier mix male. I’m just the sweetest boy ever, and I can’t wait to meet you and become your best pal.  I was part of the Shopping Cart Crew – where a bunch of us doggies were chained to a shopping cart in Tijuana.  Needless to say, I’m ready to put that experience behind me and start fresh in a loving home.

My health is in great shape, and I’ve already been neutered.  In addition, I’m fully potty-trained and crate-trained.  As you can see, I have a beautiful coat, too, and I’m happy to report that I don’t shed much of my fur.

My foster mama says I’m a friendly and sweet guy who loves being loved.  I try to be wherever my humans are so that I can get plenty of pets and attention! Other than giving and receiving love, I enjoy chilling on the couch, being brushed, taking walks, and chewing on bones.

When you leave, I tend to whine a little bit but stop soonafter and settle in.  I also can be shy when meeting new people but usually warm up quickly. Being around men makes me nervous, but with some training I’m sure I could make some great progress in that area.

I think I’d thrive in a mellow household since I’m pretty low energy.  A doggie sibling would be great, but I would also do just fine on my own.  Kiddos (younger and older) are A-OK, but I’m unsure about kitties since I haven’t spent much time around them.  Other than that, just give me lots of love, and I’ll be yours forever!

My adoption fee is $500 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.  If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/.
